K S Sridhar heads the fields of Income Tax issues, Estate planning, Project Reports in the organisation. He brings to the table an experience of 31 years in the fields of direct taxation, indirect taxation, statutory audits and appeals and representations before statutory authorities for all entities.

Rakshith heads the fields of Audit and Assurance services, start-up incorporation and related services, International Taxation and Information Systems Protection. He also provides consultation regarding cross-border transactions and businesses. He is also a guest faculty in Educational Institutions.
